Terms and conditions for use and purchase.

The relationship between buyers and the seller shall be governed by the laws of the state of Washington without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Buyer and the Seller agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the Superior Court of the State of Washington for the County of Thurston or the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington State. The Sellers failure to exercise or enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver of such right. Buyer agrees that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the products must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or be forever barred. The buyer agrees that all sales are final. Buyer acknowledges that use of the product will comply with applicable laws. The buyer acknowledges that it is their own responsibility to hire competent professionals to develop a safe operating environment, to install appropriate ventilation and other necessary equipment that may be required for safe operation.

It is important to note that our systems do not include a jacketed extraction vessel or jacketed collection chamber designed to receive the output of the recovery pump.  The recovery pump output should be directed back to the collection tank without passing through anything that may be construed as such.  Heating of the upper and lower shelves can be accomplished using a heated flow through a series of pipes that are mounted adjacent to the surface of the tabletop and cause thermal transfer to occur, as seen in hydronic floor heating applications

    Sales Tax Policy

We have prepared this sales tax policy statement to explain to you when and why we collect sales tax on your purchases.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Even if we do not collect sales tax from you, you may owe sales tax on your purchase. Unless you live in Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, or Oregon, your state most likely requires purchasers to report and pay tax on all purchases that are not taxed at the time of sale. The tax may be reported and paid on your individual income tax return or by filing a consumer use tax return. For more information, please visit your state's department of revenue website.

CASCADIA DYNAMIX COLLECTS SALES TAX in states where we have physical presence (or nexus), including Washington.

CASCADIA DYNAMIX DOES NOT COLLECT SALES TAX in any state NOT listed above because Cascadia Dynamix is not required to collect sales or use tax in these states.

CASCADIA DYNAMIX DOES NOT COLLECT SALES TAX if we have your exemption certificate on file.
